About Calgary Pilates
We are one of the largest Pilates studios in Calgary equipped with high performance Pilates equipment and special accessories. The studio is bright and friendly with large wrap around windows that let in plenty of natural light year round, has second story views and a special feature - our summer patio! We are located on the artistic and scenic 4th street SW at 25th avenue in the Mission Square professional building above Forzani Tech Shop. Plenty of parking is available on the surrounding streets or in the parking lot behind the building off 25th ave. Our focus is on you as a unique individual and recognizing personal physical strengths and challenges. Our goal is to work with you to develop a program that creates a better movement quality and efficiency to prevent injury and pain, restore daily function or propel you to new peaks.
