Intensive Program - Level 1

The STOTT PILATES® Intensive Program is designed for qualifying fitness and health professionals. Each course in the program has been carefully developed to prepare you to teach STOTT PILATES® matwork and equipment repertoire safely, effectively and with confidence. Course options.

Comprehensive Program - Level 1

Designed for those with some movement training and exposure to pilates, Comprehensive courses cover functional anatomy and the practical skills needed to develop effective and motivating Level 1 Matwork and equipment-based programs. Course options.

NEW: Group SPX™ Program - Level 1

For fitness clubs that want to quickly and effectively implement a quality group pilates program, the STOTT PILATES® Group SPX programming stream is the answer. Designed especially for group fitness instructors, Group SPX certification courses and workshops provide instructors with the tools they need to teach, progress and inspire their group classes. Crossover Program – Level 1

Crossover courses were created to offer instructors additional opportunities for professional growth by helping them make the transition from private to group training and vice versa. Unlike our standard courses, crossover options are designed to act as a bridge between the Group program and the Intensive or Comprehensive programs. Program options.

Advanced Program – Level 2

If you have successfully completed STOTT PILATES® Intensive or Comprehensive courses and want to expand your repertoire of skills to challenge the fittest of clients, you are encouraged to work towards Level Two STOTT PILATES® Certification by completing the relevant Advanced Repertoire courses. Injuries and Special Populations – Level 2

This course equips you with the skills and in-depth knowledge required to address a broad range of physical challenges among your clients. Successful completion of this and all Advanced Courses is required for full STOTT PILATES® Certification. At the completion of this series of lecture-demonstrations, you will be able to customise your clients’ workouts to address particular weaknesses, conditions, postural problems or injuries.
