Registration and Payment Information

In keeping with our focus on maintaining low instructor to client ratios for group classes, classes are by registration with limited availability for drop-in. You may register after a session has started at a prorated cost but you may be required to complete an assessment with an instructor privately to ensure the class is right for you. Registration in a class guarantees the instructors time as well as guarantees you a spot every session to ensure you progress with consistency in your Pilates practice. Payments must be received prior to the start of the first class.

For private training programs, future recurring appointments can be booked for as long as you have a current package of sessions. For first time and single appointments, we will require payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours of notice for all cancellations for booked appointments, no exceptions. This is to ensure those waiting for an appointment or to join a class can be accommodated in a timely manner. Furthermore, the instructors' time has been reserved for you specifically and once passed cannot be recouped. If cancellation of any appointment is received within 24 hours, then you may reschedule at no charge. If any session is missed with less than 24 hours notice, the session will be forfeited. We are sympathetic to unforeseen circumstances that are deemed out of your control, therefore they will be addressed and negotiated on an individual basis.

Make-Up Class & Refund Policy

If you miss a class, it may be made up by joining any other class of equal or lesser value provided it is within the registered session in which the class was missed. You may also transfer at any time to a class that better suits your schedule or level.

Fees for Group Classes that have already started are non-refundable. You may however, transfer your registration to someone who will be able to take your spot.

There are no refunds on services that have been redeemed. If a refund is requested on unused private or semi private sessions, there will be a 15% service charge based on the remaining unused portion of a package. All unforeseen circumstances deemed out of your control will be considered and negotiated on an individual basis.

Refunds on products may be returned within 14 days for exchange only. Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used or damaged. Products which are defective or damaged upon arrival may be returned immediately for exchange.

Package Expiry Dates

If you have purchased a package of sessions or a class drop-in card, please note that they are valid for a period of six months. After six months, all remaining sessions will be forfeited. We implement this expiry time to ensure that you get the most from your Pilates practice. We recommend starting with two sessions a week if possible to ensure muscle memory and increased awareness.
