Registration and Payment Information
- In keeping with our focus on maintaining low instructor to client ratios for group classes, classes are by registration with limited availability for drop-in. You may register after a session has started at a prorated cost but you may be required to complete an assessment with an instructor privately to ensure the class is right for you.
- Registration in a class guarantees the instructors time as well as guarantees you a spot every session to ensure you progress with consistency in your Pilates practice. Payments must be received prior to the start of the first class.
- For private training programs, future recurring appointments can be booked for as long as you have a current package of sessions.
- For first time and single appointments, we will require a valid credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- We have in effect a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for booked appointments, and classes with no exceptions.
- If you have booked 3 or more recurring sessions in a month in accordance to your package, and cancel 3 or more in a month we will then cancel the remainder of your appointments to allow the availability of other committed clients to reserve a spot.
- If cancellation of any appointment is received MORE than 24 hours in advance, then you may reschedule at no charge. If any session is missed with LESS than 24 hours notice, the session will be forfeited and you will be charged the full amount.
Make-Up Class & Refund Policy
- If you miss a class, it may be made up by joining any other class of equal or lesser value provided it is within the registered session in which the class was missed.
- You may also transfer at any time to a class that better suits your schedule or level. The person receiving your classes may be required to complete an assessment with an instructor privately to ensure safety and flow of class is monitored
Calgary Pilates has a No Refund policy.
** The only exception to this rule is with our Toe Sox products. If you have bought a defective pair we will happy take back the pair that is no longer any good and replace it with a new pair of the same kind you bought. This is exchange only.
Package Expiry Dates
- All sessions are allotted a valid duration for use. You must use the session before it expires. This ensures accountability to your fitness and health goals!
