Registration and Payment Information

In keeping with our focus on maintaining low instructor to client ratios for group classes, classes are by registration with limited availability for drop-in. Please call or email us your preferred choices. You may register after a session has started but you may be required to complete an assessment with an instructor privately to ensure the class is right for you; however, the cost for the session will be prorated. Registration in a class will guarantee your spot every session and ensure you progress with consistency in your pilates practice.

We accept Cash, Debit, Cheque, Visa or Mastercard for your convenience.

Make-Up Class Policy

If you miss a class, it may be made up by joining any other class provided it is within the registered session in which the class was missed. You may also transfer at any time to a class that better suits your schedule or level.

Refund Policy

If you require a refund, there will be a 15% administration cost based on the total cost of the service that was provided.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours of notice for all cancellations for booked appointments, no exceptions. Please understand that we reserve our time for you and that although we know there are emergencies, our time is not disposable. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be charged in full for your session.

Package Expiry Dates

If you have purchased a package of sessions or a class drop-in card, please note that you must use those sessions within six months. After six months, it will expire.
